My Story

Writing is something that comes naturally to me. No, I am not making the claim that I am the best writer out there. There's a plethora of gifted writers, but my writing skill stems from passion. If you see me on the street, ask me what my favourite pastime is and I will give you one word- writing. However, like many writers may tell you, it's a skill that takes many years to mold, shape and develop. As a writer, you never stop learning. You're constantly tasked with adjusting your style, staying up to date with trends, knowing your audience and really owning your voice. From my beginnings as an eager high school student who discovered her love of writing while tasked with complex essays to having my writing critiqued as a Journalism major to starting over as an entry-level and then experienced marketer/communicator in the corporate world, I've constantly had to navigate, pivot and change courses in this journey of writing and I wouldn't have it any other way. But enough about me. Let's embark on this journey together and work on transferring your vision onto the screen and in the hands of your audience. I promise, it will be a less of a bumpy ride than the one I was subjected to.
